Petra, motivated by curiosity about her family of origin, made a point of investigating her past once she was old enough. Because she had been adopted at a young age, she didn’t know anything about her biological family. She went to the local library’s archives to dig up relevant documents, one of which was a photograph with an eye-catching detail. That wasn’t the only thing she found however; the exploration revealed much more than she ever expected.
