“Fly-tipping” is the common practice of dumping trash onto someone else’s property and it is quickly becoming a trend in rural areas of England. Joe was recently targeted by multiple fly-tippers because his farmland is close to local roads and dumpers can easily flee the scene.
Joe was sad to see another heap of trash blocking the path to his driveway, but from underneath the rubbish something caught his eye… A stack of envelopes was thrown away that could lead Joe back to the offender, and it was someone he knew well.
