Fisherman Baffles Scientists With Strange Creature

He felt his heart start to race as soon as he started reeling in his catch. But when he saw what it was he jumped back. What had he caught?

His friend saw his leg and immediately turned the boat to get to shore. What was the creature and what had it done to his leg?

Matt Tanner was an avid fisherman and loved going out on the boat with his like-minded buddies.

Being stuck in the office all day as an accountant made him appreciate getting out into nature. He loved the ocean breeze and crystal water. He felt at home on a boat. But he had no idea how this trip would turn out.

Beautiful Morning

Matt ate breakfast before meeting up with his buddy Dave. It was Saturday which meant they were going on a fishing trip. They met up at the harbor and launched the boat.

They left the harbor on Coney Island, Brooklyn to venture into the pure blue Atlantic ocean. The weather was clear and it was a beautiful day for fishing.

The two men were comfortable enough with one another that they could sit in silence, looking for a catch. Matt loved fishing during the summer months to cool down and meditate.

Then he felt something tug on his line. He put down his drink and started reeling in his catch. After a struggle, he managed to get it on board. But it wasn’t what he was expecting.

Catch Of The Day

Matt could feel the adrenaline in his body. So much that he had overlooked what he had actually reeled into the boat. When he looked at it he would recoil in horror.

Matt shouted to Dave, “What is it?” It looked like an alien. He had never seen anything like it.
