A New Challenge
The ACC Championship race came to Madeline’s attention soon and she knew she had to win this. Her training regiments were brutal and tested every mental and physical fiber of her being.
All the training and conditioning were to have her mind, body, and muscles in peak shape for the race. However, muscles could be tricky parts of the body as many athletes had discovered in their careers.
Race Day
In Madeline’s pre-race interview, she oozed confidence and felt like a shoo-in for the win. Even when she was asked about the infamous incline portion of the track, Madeline brushed it off as just another challenge.
