Rick James Caused a Fight
The two musicians both released their first albums in 1978, but that’s just about all that Prince and Rick James have in common. James accused Prince of stealing his ideas, then Prince refused to sign an autograph for James’s mother. This minor feud soon lead to a physical fight where Prince emerged victorious.
