Although cannabis use has become legal in some countries, there are still a couple of countries that are very iffy about its use. This was very bad news for rapper Snoop Dogg who smoked a ton of weed and ultimately got blacklisted from entering some countries. This includes places like Norway, which banned him for attempting to get through customs with weed. But this hasn’t stopped Snoop from continuing to promote his love for the controlled substance.
