James Cameron’s Ex, Gale Anne Hurd
In 1985, super-producer Gale Anne Hurd married super-director James Cameron, and the two became a super-couple of iconic genre cinema. During their work-and-love relationship, they dropped classics like “The Terminator,” “Aliens,” and “The Abyss.” They divorced in 1989, but continued to work together on other titles in the “Terminator” franchise. Hurd has since been married to filmmakers Brian De Palma and Jonathan Hensleigh. She’s also produced modern classics like “Armageddon” and “The Walking Dead.” In 2017, she was awarded the Fangoria Lifetime Achievement Award.
