When Richard Harris sadly passed away in 2002, another actor had to take over the role of the powerful wizard Dumbledore, and that actor was Michael Gambon. The actor who holds a British order of chivalry had quite an amazing career before being better known as the Hogwarts Headmaster. He was in David Hare’s ‘Skylight’ for which he attained a Tony Award nomination. Gambon also appeared in movies such as ‘Gosford Park’ and ‘The Insider’. After his breathtaking performance in the Harry Potter films, Sir Michael Gambon would bestow another set of his fine work with films such as ‘Hail, Caesar!’, ‘Paddington’, and ‘Judy’.
