The Soundtrack is Out Now
The “Squid Game” soundtrack came out on September 17, 2021 and features a number of the classic music scores that were used on the show to put unnerved audiences at ease. The soundtrack includes twenty songs, including a piece by the composer Franz Joseph Haydn which was written for a trumpet virtuoso named Anton Weinger in 1796. The piece was likely used on the show for the virtuosic fanfare-style playing.
