This bonkers reveal was touched on and then weirdly abandoned. Robert Ford keeps a reconstructed version of his own family – and himself as a child – just hanging out in the park? In season two we see the young robot Robert wandering around spouting off poetic shit to William, but I’m left wondering what exactly this pseudo family is supposed to tell us about his character.
