Alice’s transformation into a vampire is never revealed in the “Twilight” films. Thrown into an insane asylum by her own father, she’s subjected to various methods of torture including electroshock therapy. Taking pity on her, she’s turned by a vampiric staff member whose dark gift triggers even more vivid premonitions.
