Before playing Ella on “Pretty Little Liars,” Combs was famous for playing one of the Halliwell sisters on “Charmed” alongside Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano. Combs was a series regular on “PLL” for its first three seasons, before being credited as a special guest star from season four onwards.
