Brant Daugherty started acting professionally in 2008, with a role in the short film “Suspended.” By the time “PLL” premiered, Daugherty wasn’t sure he would make an impression with audiences. But, the first time he appeared on the show, his character’s name trended on social media, leading Daugherty to say, “It was crazy — I was just sitting on my couch, kind of freaking out. What was even cooler was that happened eastern time when “Pretty Little Liars” aired, it hadn’t even aired here on the West Coast yet, so I took a breath knowing I’d made a good impression.”
