Trudy Monk on “Monk”
The series “Monk” ran from 2002 to 2009 and during that time a major plot point of the series revolved around detective Adrian Monk trying to solve his deceased wife’s murder. His wife was played in the first and second seasons by actress Stellina Rusich, before she was replaced by actress Melora Hardin, who is familiar to many TV fans for playing Jan Levinson on “The Office.”
