Phoebe Halliwell on “Charmed”
Alyssa Milano is most well remembered for playing the role of Phoebe on The WB series “Charmed,” but in an unaired pilot, the character was played by actress Lori Rom. Rom made the decision to leave the series after the filming of the pilot for personal reasons, but the creators of the show were fortunate that Milano worked well in the role.
