Joel Kinnaman in “RoboCop”
When the 1987 film “RoboCop” was remade in 2014 with Joel Kinnaman as the lead, the expectations were high. Fans anticipated an incredible update to RoboCop’s costume, considering the advancements in technology since the ’80s.
While the redesigned suit was an improvement from the original, it didn’t meet all of our expectations. However, one feature we did appreciate was the addition of a retractable visor, which allowed RoboCop’s face to be seen more frequently throughout the movie.
