Alex Karev
Alex Karev, played by Justin Chambers on “Grey’s Anatomy,” was a total jerk. He bullied fellow intern George O’Malley, got his friend Meredith Grey fired (temporarily,) and put Doctor Andrew Deluca in the hospital when he mistakenly assumed he was putting the moves on his girlfriend, Jo Wilson. He later married Jo and then dumped her for his original girlfriend, Izzie Stevens.
