Rumpelstiltskin, played by Robert Carlyle on “Once Upon a Time,” was an evil wizard who offered to grant wishes for a price. Not only was he untrustworthy but he was also powerful enough to be a real threat to Regina Mill’s plans to exact revenge against Snow White.
