Ryan Ochoa (Then)
Ryan Ochoa played Chuck Chambers, Spencer’s arch-nemesis, on “iCarly”. He plays pranks on people constantly and most consider him to be the boy version of Sam Puckett. Ryan started his acting career doing a commercial for Dairy Queen. Soon after he was cast in his first film “Nostalgia” in the role of Ryan Zorn.
