Like Rudy, Hellion is a powerful telekinetic who can create destructive blasts with his mind. He’s also kind of a minor character as far as the X-Men go, which, again, is right in line with what we know of our Legion buddy Rudy. Apparently, moving things with your mind just isn’t as well-received of a power as actual mind control.
