Blockbuster Cards Are the New ID
Once upon a time there was a store called Blockbuster where people rented movies on VHS and eventually, even DVDs. And Blockbuster cards were a lot like library cards in that they were easy to get but you couldn’t check anything out of the store without one. Unfortunately, the only remaining Blockbuster is in Bend, Oregon. And thanks to Dish Network and streaming services, most young people barely even know what Blockbuster was.
