In the ‘90s, cell phone calling and texting plans were… well, let’s just say they were bad. For example, if you wanted to talk with someone, then you had to wait until after 9 at night. That’s an awful long time to wait to gossip with friends on the phone. And texting wasn’t that great either because you were charged 10 cents per text. So you had to make sure that your messages were short and to the point and absolutely worth sending.
