The guy bridged the gap between the past and the present by plugging an ‘80s handset into his iPhone so he could talk while sitting on his chair in the living room. Of course, his son captured the moment and posted it on Reddit to poke fun at this hilarious boomer moment. But dad was onto something here because handsets are far more comfortable to handle than today’s cell phones. Just ask anyone whose phone screen’s got cracked because they weren’t able to hold their phone right and it fell to the ground.
