The Stop Sign and the Empty Field
You know you’re old when you’re telling your kids stories about how there used to be no buildings around for miles and the only sign of civilization was a lone stop sign on the side of the road. This realization might hurt like a massive wrecking ball that has just crashed into you. But when you think about it, it’s not really a bad thing at all because at least you get to appreciate how far your town or city has come since you were younger.
