In “What Not to Wear,” fashionistas Clinton Kelly and Stacy London offer to buy a hopeless guest a brand new wardrobe if they’re willing to toss their current wardrobe in the trash and allow the hosts to give them a full makeover. But it turns out that Kelly and London reportedly have some help from an off-camera fashion consultant.
