Bail Organa
Bail Organa really doesn’t get the credit he deserves for being a founding member of the rebel alliance AND raising Leia to be the kick butt, take charge, commander of armies style princess we all know and love. He’s featured prominently in the prequel trilogies and is presumably killed early on in A New Hope when Darth Vader blows up his planet but there’s so much between those events that could be covered in a movie. For example, how does one be a warm and attentive father while waging war against an entire galactic empire? Those are tough hours to juggle but somehow I just know he’s gonna find a way.
