Aunt Vivian from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”
Janet Hubert originally played Aunt Vivian on “Fresh Prince of Bel Air.” But issues with Will Smith off-camera led to her dismissal. So producers replaced her with actress Daphne Maxwell Reid, and tried to pass her off as Aunt Viv, much to the dismay of many fans.
