James Kent on “True Blood”
Luke Grimes played James Kent on the series “True Blood” for its first six seasons, and after saying that he wasn’t happy with the direction that his character was going in, he was replaced by actor Nathan Parsons. It was later discovered that Grimes’s disagreement with his character getting involved in same-sex plot lines that was the real reason for his departure.
