Another Razzie winner is Ishtar which tells the wacky story of lounge singers who are supposed to play at a Moroccan hotel but end up becoming weird pawns in between the C.I.A., the Emir of Ishtar, and the rebels trying to overthrow him. Although it stars Dustin Hoffman and Warren Beatty the premise was too out there for audiences to enjoy
