50 Cent vs. Ja Rule
As a newcomer in the music industry, it’s not always easy for guys like 50 Cent to get along with the older, much more experienced artists. Before he signed with Interscope Records, the up and coming rapper engaged in a public dispute with rapper Ja Rule and his label, Murder Inc. Records. According to 50 Cent, their beef started when Ja Rule accused him of stealing his jewelry, but according to Ja Rule, it began when 50 Cent got jealous of him during a Queens video shoot. At first, they took a jab at one another in song, but it turned physical when the two of them crossed paths in real life.
