“Friends,” $3,495 a Month
Monica and Rachel lived in a rent-controlled apartment, so they only had to pay $200 a month for their rent on the show “Friends.” Although the interior was filmed in a studio, the exterior is in the West Village at 90 Bedford Street and the building has 22 1-bedroom units. But the rent is approximately $3,500 a month in the building.
