Collaborations with Christopher McQuarrie
Perhaps the most important collaboration in the later half of Cruise’s career has been with writer and director Christopher McQuarrie. The pair have collaborated on the films Top Gun: Maverick, Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The Mummy, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Edge of Tomorrow, Jack Reacher, and Valkyrie. Their next collaboration will be parts one and two of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning.
