Frank Was Driving Under the Influence
In 2018, several Iowa drivers called 911 to report that a driver in a silver pickup truck was swerving and driving in the wrong direction on Interstate 80. When the police finally apprehended the driver, they learned that it was Frank Fritz from “American Pickers” and that he was drunk as a skunk. This resulted in him going to rehab and serving a year of probation. He also had to pay his own court expenses.
