In season 16, the pickers met a man who used to work for Lucasfilm, the company that produced the “Star Wars” film franchise. And much to their surprise, this former employee had some rare and obviously valuable Yoda statue prototypes. Michael Wolfe and Frank Fritz knew how popular “Star Wars” was and continues to be, so they could definitely earn a lot of money selling them. In addition, the episode resonated with “Star Wars” fans and introduced new viewers to the show.
