Actor Jim Wise played the goofball gym teacher Coach Tugnut. Wise has been continuing acting since the show ended, but mostly he’s a writer now. He’s written for the latest “MadTV” series in 2016 and award shows like the Emmy’s, The TV Land Icon Awards, and a special “A Little Help with Carol Burnett.”
