“Mr. Woodsley, how can you be unaware of what is on your own vehicle?” the judge asked as the other people in the courthouse stifled their laughs. The judge looked skeptical, but Brayden, now standing beside his father, chimed in. “It’s true. I’ve seen that sticker before, but I didn’t know it was on Dad’s car.”
“Son, I know you want to help your dad, but lying is not going to help any of you.” Brayden sat back in his chair, embarrassed by what the judge had just said to him.
