Long Forgiven
Having forgiven him long ago, Travis recognized that Mr. Johnson was troubled and simply needed a break and someone to talk to. Travis chose to be that support for him.
While listening to Mr. Johnson’s story, he glimpsed the man he used to know—a neighbor who had offered to help fix his car and engaged in conversations over the fence.
“I’ve gone through a lot myself, as you know. I’m really struggling to take care of Brayden since Kelly passed away. Maybe we can help each other?” Travis suggested, extending a hand of understanding and support.
