Jonathan’s first reaction upon discovering a white ‘monkey’ in the woods was to take it to a nearby vet in the hopes of saving its life. He would soon learn, however, that this was a grave error. He should have left the monkey alone and returned it to its original location since he was not dealing with a monkey.
