It’s Hard Being a Homeowner
When my friend bought a house, a month into homeownership she called me up and asked, very angry with steam pouring out of her ears, when the city was coming to cut her lawn because it was starting to look like weeds.
It was an awkward experience; I had to explain that she needs to cut her own lawn or hire someone.
