An Allergy to Flea Spray
The doctors managed to determine that Josh actually had an undetected but very severe allergic reaction to the anti-flea spray that Peter usually used on Snickers! He had started to switch to the cheaper brand just before Josh had gotten sick but had never made the connection between the two. After further investigation, the doctors were able to pinpoint the exact cause of Josh’s illness.
