The vet had diagnosed Snickers with a serious illness, and Josh was scared that he would lose his best friend. But the vet was able to treat the dog, and after a few days of rest and medication, Snickers was feeling much better. When the day finally came for Snickers to come home, Josh was overjoyed. He had been counting down the days until he could see his beloved pet again. He was so excited that he could hardly contain himself.
