Ravaux knew that all of the water faucets and appliances in the apartment were in working order when the family moved in because he checked up on every detail of the apartment before their arrival, but soon he would find out that the apartment wasn’t upheld to his standards. When he arrived for his next checkup, he found out that his services had been grossly taken advantage of, and it would cost him a lot to get the apartment back in working order once again.
