He Was Ready to Evict Them
Ravaux was just about ready to evict these people. He would have to follow the proper channels of notifying them and giving them 30 days to vacate the premise, of course. But he wanted to have a one-on-one conversation with the tenants first, so he took a drive over to the apartment to see if there was any way that they could ever pay what they owed him.
