Ravaux was lucky enough to own a few different properties in France, including an apartment that he rented out to families in need of somewhere to live. His prices were reasonable, so he soon found someone to rent the space with no difficulties. And after vetting the family to make sure they were who they claimed to be, he rented them the space. But he never could have expected at that moment to someday come to rue the day that he agreed for them to live in his apartment.
