They Neglected and Abused the Property
There’s a fine line between wear and tear and neglect and abuse of a property and these tenants had crossed that line. And while normal wear and tear is a landlord’s responsibility to fix, this was not Ravaux’s responsibility. But those who were responsible had simply taken off without supplying a forwarding address. But Ravaux was determined to find his former tenants and make them pay for what they had done to his property.
