With this horrible situation in his hands, Ravaux knew he needed to take action, and fast, if he wanted his property to ever make him a profit after he fixed the place up. And he vowed to make sure that whoever lived in the apartment next would have no idea what kind of damage their former tenants had done. He would also make sure that they were the kind of people who were reliable for paying their rent, or at the least, communicative when they couldn’t.
