Ravaux was a humble man who liked to make sure that his renters had a good experience because he enjoyed being a landlord. He always made sure that his apartment was in clean condition and if anything needed to be fixed on the property, he made sure to do so in a timely manner. So when he didn’t hear anything from his renters for months, he immediately became suspicious.
