To Rubin, it was the best news in the world. The ruling stated that Rubin would get full custody over Ru-Andria. Finally, Rubin would be ab;e to go to Phoenix to fetch her and take her back home, his home, back in Ohio. He was excited to finally meet her, but fate was about to complicate things.
