Taking an infant, especially one as young as Ru-Andria was a complicated procedure. As such, the hospital had made sure all the documentation to prove that she was fit, healthy, and able to undertake an inter-state airplane trip. The ticket officer at Frontier Airlines, however, was telling him that it didn’t matter, and that he and Ru-Andria would not be allowed to board the plane or fly. Rubin was dumbstruck.
