Robert Blake
The actor was banned because of his disrespectful behavior against writer Gary Kroeger in 1982. Blake tore up a script because he was unhappy with it and threw it at the writer.
Blake’s banishment appears to have been for the best, given that he was eventually charged with murdering his wife in 2001.
